Group Classes for all ages - from singing to rock n roll - we have it all!
Pre-Requisite:
Students enrolled in this classes MUST have taken the Songwriters class OR have a song that is completed and ready to be recorded.
Course Description:
The purpose of this lesson is to provide students with the basic knowledge and tools needed in order to record their compositions on their home computer. This class will explore the concepts of how sound is produced, the differences in key microphones, recording setups and a brief tutorial of the popular music editing program Cool Edit Pro.

Course Description:

This class will explore the concepts of how sound is produced, the differences in key microphones, recording setups and a brief tutorial of the popular music editing program Cool Edit Pro.
Rock University is a 3 hour weekly band rehearsals where students put their knowledge to practical use. These are not one on one lessons so guitar and keyboard players need to know their basic chords, be able to change chords in rhythm, and drummers need to be able to keep a steady beat.
Singers, if a choir is not the setting for you and singing rock and pop tunes is your desire then Rock U is the place for you. Students rehearse for 4 months (16 rehearsals) then we put on a two night rock concert in a theater, club or outdoor facility with professional sound and lighting for all your family and friends to attend.
Each session students spend time honing their skills to perform some of the greatest Rock ‘n’ Roll songs ever while taking their playing skills to a new level. The combination of private lessons, group band rehearsals and live performance is a great formula for becoming an amazing musician.

COST FOR ROCK UNIVERSITY
Two Options to choose from:
$235 per month and a once a week 30 minute private lesson whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in the month. And the weekly Rock U program. Average Monthly cost for Rock U in this program averages only $90 per month.
$140 per month for Rock U only without a private music lesson.
Both of the 4 month programs above include the 16 weekly 3 hour band rehearsals followed by 2 concerts. We sometimes add additional shows as well.

Music FunTime is an innovative and proven early childhood curriculum, for toddlers, preschooler, and young children ages 18 months to 7 years. Our program is based on Johns-Hopkins Research that children 7 and under can learn to read music notation and symbols, play instruments, while fostering their ability to grasp math and science as they develop.
The program focuses on learning music theory in a fun, artistic way through specially developed games and crafts. The curriculum changes every 5 minutes to hold their attention.
